Regardless of whether you’re recovering from a torn ACL or an ankle sprain, you deserve to be able to return to the same level of performance you had pre-injury - and oftentimes exceed that level.

Our Process

  • Evaluate

    Each treatment plan starts with an evaluation. This is our chance to understand everything going on with your body so we can build a plan to heal with any pain or injury you’re experiencing. We take a holistic approach to our evaluations to identify the root of your pain.

  • Treat

    Each patient’s treatment program will vary based on the severity of the injury, but the end result is always the same - return to the activity you love. We use exercise therapy to treat the root cause of pain and injury to prevent future flare-ups or recurrence.

  • Train

    Getting you back to a high level of performance requires high quality training along the way. We use strength training, endurance conditioning, and mobility/balance enhancement to optimize your performance reduce the risk of injury.
